TERMS OF SERVICE

※ By engaging the artist's services, the client is implicitly accepting the terms and conditions

  • The artist retains the right to decline a commission for any reason

  • The artist will maintain complete ownership rights of the original artwork

  • all commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only [unless discussed otherwise]

  • NO NFT use

  • THe artist will put a watermark on commissions, which cannot be removed/cropped out

  • let the artist know if the client don't want the commission to be shared on the artist's socials

  • credit the artist if the client is sharing it anywhere

PROCESS

  • provide reference pictures and details [pose, expression, colours, etc.]

  • revisions can only be made in the sketching stagE

  • any changes/revisions after the sketch has been approved, can only be colour revisions

PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

  • full payment upfront or 50% - 50% method (50% of the payment will be paid before or after the artist presented the initial sketch)

  • payment through paypal invoice

  • full refund will be given if the artist cancel the commission for any reason

  • 50% will be refunded if client cancels after the sketch phase and before rendering

  • no refunds when rendering has started

By proceeding with the commission, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
